- Accommodation are confirmed when the committee received the full payment of accommodation booked
- Your booking or change is not confirmed until your receive the confirmation letter from the hotel the 6th APSTH secretariat (via email or fax)
- Please note bedding configurations are subject to hotel availability

How To Book Accommodation
To book, complete the Online Registration and Accommodation Form or download Registration and Accommodation form. The secretariat will forward your contact details, reservation and deposit or credit card details to the hotel of your choice.
Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel. Please note that any changes should be made to the Congress Managers not latter than 20 September 2010.
Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time is generally 2.00pm and Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Should you wish to guarantee check-in before 2.00pm you will need to pre-book, and pay for the previous night. If you wish to guarantee a late checkout you will need to book for the next night.
Hotel Check in Procedures
As per standard hotel policies and procedures attendees will be required to provide a credit card or full cash payment upon check in. This is to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay and all remaining unpaid room nights, regardless if your booking was guaranteed by a deposit to secure your booking.
The hotel will hold on your credit card, until point of check out, all unpaid accommodation nights reserved plus a daily amount for incidental charges. If you will be settling your accommodation account by cash you will be asked to pre pay for your accommodation in full plus a cash deposit for incidentals. Should you not utilize any incidentals during your stay the cash deposit, for incidentals only, will be refunded to you by the hotel upon check out. Please note the daily incidental charge may vary across the listed hotels.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
- One nigh cancelation will be applicable for cancelation before 20 September 2010. Refund will be made after the congress.
- Non-refundable at 20 September 2010 and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked or you cancel your accommodation.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
